Set Up 1:1 Meetings

Register to create your online profile
Book in 15 minute 1:1 meetings with likeminded professionals
The scheduled networking session will run from 3pm – 5pm

Please log in to access your account. If you have forgotten your password, click here to reset.

Step One: Confirm your Details

Register and create your online profile. You will then be able to view other attendees profiles and book in your 1:1 meetings with them. Please choose a memorable password for you to use each time you log in.

Include sufficient information so attendees can research your company and request meetings with you.

Step Two: Check your Schedule
Go to Schedule to manage your availability.
To appear ‘unavailable’ for a period of time within the networking session (3pm - 5pm), click the toggle icon on the times.

Step Three: Set up Meetings
1.Click ‘search’ on the menu bar at the top of this webpage to view profiles, book meetings and send messages to event attendees (you will receive a system email every time a meeting is requested, confirmed or cancelled. You will also receive meeting requests from other participants. Messages are displayed in the ‘Messages’ area.)

Please note: the search tool on the left will refine your selection by interest (e.g. Geomechanics). The index will refine your selection by attendee name. To start a new search, click 'Reset' on the Search tool before starting again.

Click 'Book Meeting' on your chosen participant and follow the on screen directions. You can include a message with your meeting request, and invite your colleague(s) to the meeting if they are available.

Remember to view and respond to your pending meetings. Meetings are allocated a time and table number once confirmed - return to check the homepage when you have logged in, or select 'pending meetings' on your Schedule page.
