Supply Chain professional with 6 years of experience managing flow of Iron Ore from Mines to Port, managing buffers and constraints in the BHP Billiton WA Operations.

Currently working on the Continuous Improvement Lead role to maximise value creation for the business through Safety, Culture, Volume and Cost initiatives coordination.

Dr Caccetta leads a multidisciplinary team of scientists who perform research and development with the view to generating land cover monitoring systems from aerial and satellite observations. The team generates novel algorithms and workflows. Adoption and longevity of operation are key components of success.

My current role involves understanding the research interests and directions of the researchers inside Data61 (a CSIRO business unit) and attempting to match those interests with the needs of CSIRO's business customers. 

Success for me is when our researchers solve important problems that give our business customers a huge competitive advantage. 

In the past I have had experience solving a wide variety of problems, in domains such as:

Bayesian groundwater modelling for coal bed methane gas.

Demand modelling, pricing and prediction for global seaborne freight. 

Finding patterns in Australian banking data.

Identity resolution for large government databases.

Recommendation systems for student to job matching.

Industrial processing systems analysis for improved performance.

EL ES DE Engineering is a SME with a traditional background in engineering, design & build projects. Having inhouse engineers and boilermakers we specilise in developing products that are buildable.

As the market moves away from more traditional methods we have taken an innovative approach and positioned ourselves for complex projects and products.

We are most proud of our RMB Minegrub http://remoteminibogger.com/rmb/ a remote controlled vehicle used on WA minesites to clean around operating machinery without shutdown and removing a number of HSE issues. Currently one unit is at South32's Worsely operation and the 2nd series will be on Rio Tinto's sites at the end of this year.

Another major achievement for us was the underwater robot we developed which houses a camera used for monitoring coral health without the need for divers. An automatic solution providing consistancy and repeatability whilst removing HSE issues.

Fabian is the General Manager of Greensense, which is part of the ERM Power Energy Solutions Division. Previously, Fabian was co-founder and Managing Director of Greensense. Fabian graduated from UWA with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computer Science in 1996.
